Product Improvement
Better configuration of charging assets, integrated with electrical infrastructure, storage and renewables.
EV charging · Smart energy management · Solar · BESS
We treat every charging location as an energy asset — sized to real demand, designed around grid reality, and built with a path to resilience through smart charging, storage and solar.
The problem
Public charging fails the driver when a charger exists on the map, but the site cannot reliably deliver power when it is needed.
Power outages, supply interruptions and equipment downtime directly reduce user confidence and site revenue.
High simultaneous charging demand can stress sanctioned load and force expensive electrical augmentation.
Standardised deployments can over-size capex at one site and under-serve demand at another.
The VDYUT thesis
Treat each charging location as an energy asset — designed around actual demand, grid reality and a path to resilience.
That means site-specific charger sizing today, with smart charging, storage and renewable integration added where they improve uptime and economics.
Our architecture
A staged system that can combine grid, solar, battery storage and smart charging — without making every site identical.
Battery storage can support designated chargers during grid interruption, within designed backup capacity.
Charging power is allocated to stay within available grid and battery capacity.
Solar supports site loads and storage; export happens only where permitted and configured.
The energy system is designed to protect charging availability — not just to reduce energy cost.
Solar charges the battery first. Chargers run from solar, battery or grid as configured; surplus solar exports only where permitted.
The inverter islands the backup bus. The battery keeps designated chargers and critical loads running.
Charging power per connector is limited to extend backup time until the grid returns.
From concept to ground
Our validation is physical — not only desktop research.
On-ground development is validating the infrastructure, sequencing and site realities behind our operating model.
A repeatable site module
The brand, the energy system and the physical site are designed together as one operating asset — modular, branded, solar-ready and easy to replicate.
Concept 2 · Floating roof Ultra minimal, light, elegant
Concept 3 · Angled support Dynamic, distinctive, modern
Concept 4 · Grid ceiling Premium, contemporary, high impact
Generates clean energy and shades the chargers.
Open, clean and modern.
Safe at night, with a premium look.
Lower operating cost and a reduced carbon footprint.
Weather resistant and low maintenance.
A standard module that is easy to replicate.
Research before capex
Each location is tested across technical, commercial and operational layers — so infrastructure matches real site conditions.
Vehicle flow, dwell time, customer type and expected charging demand.
Sanctioned load, transformer and electrical infrastructure, and future augmentation.
Power level, number of dispensers, utilisation and queueing risk.
CMS / OCPP, remote monitoring, payment integration and uptime visibility.
Solar + BESS feasibility, backup priority and smart charging / load control.
Capex, electricity cost, site commercial model, utilisation and payback sensitivity.
Match infrastructure to real site conditions — then add resilience where it improves service reliability and asset returns.

Service Reliability-first
A charging service built around uptime, remote visibility, smart load management and energy resilience.
Process Site-specific
Technical and commercial validation for every site instead of a one-size-fits-all deployment.
Scale Repeatable
A framework replicated across highways, commercial destinations and fleet hubs, with capacity adapted to demand.
Business model
Revenue is charging-led; energy optimisation is a reliability and economics lever.

What improves site economics over time
Longer-term extensions: dedicated fleet charging, commercial partnerships and energy-management services where technically and commercially viable. Every new site also creates local work — electrical, civil, installation, O&M, software support and renewable integration.
Roadmap
Our path is intentionally staged: prove the site model, add energy intelligence, then scale the network.
